Owner Supplies: All packages assume the owner will provide all necessary tools and supplies.
Safety: We use safe, professional techniques and reserve the right to refuse service to any animal we deem a danger to themselves or our staff.
Service Area: All services are provided almost exclusively within our Woodford County, IL area.
Consultation Process: All initial farm visits require a consultation to assess your facility, meet the horses, and discuss specific care instructions. Surcharges & Fees
The following fees may apply if your horses require additional time or specialized care:
Special Handling Fee: A surcharge may be applied for aggressive, difficult, or highly anxious horses that require extra time, patience, or safety precautions.
Cancellation Fee: A fee may be charged for appointments or scheduled visits canceled with less than 12 hours' notice.
⚠️ By booking an appointment or consultation or any other service with us, the Pet Owner agrees to assume all risks and hereby waives all claims for injury or damage to any person, animal, or property in connection with the services provided, releasing Partridge Animal Care and all associated with the name from all liability, including claims arising from ordinary negligence. ⚠️
