Pet Sitting

• Service Area: All services are provided almost exclusively within our Woodford County, IL area, ensuring focused and personalized care for our neighbors. A small travel surcharge may apply for locations slightly outside the immediate Metamora area.

• Vaccinations & Health: For the safety of all pets and staff, documentation of appropriate species-specific health requirements and vaccinations is required. We cannot provide service to sick pets unless managing a chronic condition that does not pose a risk to the sitter or other animals we manage.

• Safety & Refusal of Service: We are prepared for emergencies, trained to act swiftly, and can transport pets to your vet if necessary. We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet poses a danger to themselves, our staff, or the public.

• Payment: Full payment is required before service begins for all new clients or first-time bookings.

• Consultation: All first appointments require a mandatory, free in-person meet-and-greet at your home before the first booking. This ensures a perfect fit for you and your pet(s), allows us to familiarize ourselves with their routine and environment, and review emergency instructions.

• Satisfaction Guarantee: We pride ourselves on clear communication and reliability. We maintain a flexible schedule, but if we cannot accommodate a last-minute change, we will offer a $10.00 discount for the inconvenience.

• Availability & Consistency: We prioritize consistent care, following a set daily schedule to ensure your pets (all species) never miss a meal, walk, or cleaning. Booking in advance is highly recommended to secure your preferred dates, especially during holidays.

• Special Handling Fee: A $10.00 - $25.00 surcharge for aggressive, difficult, or highly anxious pets that require extra time, patience, or safety precautions.

• Cancellation/No-Show Fee: $20.00 will be charged for services canceled with less than 10 hours' notice, unless it is an emergency situation.

• Late Booking Fee: A $5.00 surcharge may apply for requests made less than 24 hours before the service is needed.

• Key Service Fee: A $5.00 fee may apply if multiple trips are required solely for key pickup or drop-off outside of the consultation or final visit.
