Training at Partridge Animal Care is built on relationship, communication, and emotional safety. Sessions take place at Black Partridge Park and are tailored to each dog’s temperament, learning style, and comfort level. Every dog is met where they are, with patience and clarity, and training progresses at a pace that supports confidence rather than pressure.
This approach is especially supportive for shy, sensitive, reactive, or overwhelmed dogs who need structure without fear. The goal is to help dogs feel safe enough to learn, confident enough to try, and connected enough to listen. Progress is measured by understanding and emotional regulation, not speed.
Whether you’re raising a puppy, navigating reactivity, or strengthening manners, training is designed to be low-stress, practical, and genuinely helpful for real homes and real routines.
All services are performed at the animal’s pace. Timing varies depending on comfort, behavior, coat condition, and environmental factors. No exact finish times are guaranteed, and listed timing are just estimates.

Safety: We use safe equipment provided by owners. If equipment provided by the owner is found to not help or is unsafe, we will recommend or bring temporary replacements. Yes, we do use tools like e-collars, haltis and prongs, but only if they are professionally fitted and examined to be safe.
Vaccinations: For the safety of all pets, dogs must be current on Rabies, DHPP/DA2PP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza) and Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccines.
Assessments: All initial assessments are handled in person to assess your pet and provide a detailed price quote, package recommendations, and behavior details before the sessions start. This ensures transparency and helps us prepare for your pet's specific needs. To set up an assessment, reach out via email or phone or book one on our booking page.
