• Full Brush-over: $20.00

• Tidy Up: Includes a light, basic shaping restricted strictly to the feet, outline smoothing, and a face/eye corner tidy. We do not offer full haircuts, lion trims, or other scissor/trim work. Add-on Price: $20.00

• • • Sanitization Protocols: We adhere to the highest cleaning standards. All equipment and work areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between appointments for your pet's safety and health.

    • Safety: We use safe, professional equipment and techniques and reserve the right to refuse service to any pet we deem a danger to themselves or our groomers. For everyone's safety, muzzles may be used if an animal shows signs of potential fear, offensive, or dominant aggression. 

    • Comfort: If we cannot offer an environment that an anxious or stressed pet can handle, grooming may be stopped early. Only a partial grooming fee will apply based on the work completed.

    • No Anal Gland Expression: Anal gland expression is not offered under any circumstances for safety and liability reasons.

    • Service Area: All services are provided almost exclusively within our Woodford County, IL area, ensuring focused and personalized care for our neighbors.

    • Vaccinations: For the safety of all animals, pets must be current on Rabies or DHPP/DA2PP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza) vaccines.

    • Payment: Payment is due at pick-up. Only cash or check addressed to "Gabriella Koedijk" is accepted.

    • Consultation: All initial consultations are handled online via email to assess your pet and provide a detailed price quote before the appointment. This ensures transparency and helps us prepare for your pet's specific needs. To get a consultation, send a detailed picture or video of your pet to our email with the title: Grooming Consultation.

    • Satisfaction Guarantee: We pride ourselves on clear communication. If, for any reason, we cannot meet your specific grooming request during an appointment (like timing), we will let you know and offer a $10.00 discount off the final bill for the inconvenience.

    • Comfort-First Timing: All services are performed at the animal’s pace. Timing varies depending on comfort, behavior, coat condition, and environmental factors. No exact finish times are guaranteed.

The following fees may apply if your pet requires additional time and care:

• Special Handling Fee: A $5.00 - $10.00 surcharge for aggressive, difficult, or highly anxious pets that require extra time, patience, or safety precautions.

• Cancellation/No-Show Fee: $20.00 will be charged for appointments canceled with less than 10 hours' notice. For late arrivals past 30 minutes is an additional $20.00; but keep in mind that late arrivals most often have shortened appointments. Late arrivals past an hour after agreed-upon timing is considered a no-show and will be charged the full grooming amount plus fees.

• Drying Difficulty Fee: $5–$10 for pets who cannot tolerate the blow dryer/towel and require towel-drying or extended drying time.

• Special Equipment Fee: $5–$10 for pets requiring special tools like muzzles, hammocks, or additional safety equipment.

• De-Matting/De-Tangling Fee: An extra $5.00 surcharge for every 10 minutes needed to safely de-matt, brush out, or shave a tangled or matted coat.

  • 1. Note: We prioritize your pet's comfort and health. If matting is too severe, we will proceed with a full shave-down rather than a painful de-matting process. If you do not want this risk, prevent matting by brushing your pet daily.
